Senator Brownback’s trip to Iowa closes out a strong week on the campaign trail, during which the Senator from Kansas met with donors, activists and elected officials in Florida, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arizona, and California in addition to Iowa.
Brownback also completed a fact-finding trip to the US-Mexico border and participated in a panel discussion on slavery in the modern era with the producers of the new film, Amazing Grace, which opens in theatres nationwide tomorrow.
